Planning a wedding is exciting, but as the big day approaches, the details can quickly become overwhelming. With our Wedding Coordination Package, you’ll lead the planning process, and we’ll step in during the final stretch to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. Beginning eight weeks before your wedding, we become your trusted partners—focused on organizing, refining, and managing all the final pieces.
During this time, we’ll review your vendor contracts, confirm logistics, create a detailed wedding day timeline, and ensure every professional involved is fully prepared. We’ll meet with you to walk through your vision, design elements, family and bridal party details, and complete a final venue walk‑through. From there, we take over communication with your vendor team so you can shift from managing details to enjoying the excitement leading up to your celebration.
This package also includes full rehearsal and wedding day coordination. We execute the plans you’ve worked so hard to create, ensuring the day unfolds smoothly, beautifully, and exactly as you envisioned—allowing you to be fully present and savor every moment.

From color palettes and floral direction to linens, rentals, and overall visual storytelling, every element is selected with purpose, so your wedding feels unified, elevated, and authentically reflective of you as a couple.
Your design experience also includes expert support with spatial planning to ensure your event is both stunning and functional. We’ll help you create a custom floor plan—offering either a detailed 2D layout or an immersive 3D rendering—so you can clearly visualize your ceremony and reception spaces long before the big day. This allows you to see how each detail fits together and ensures that guest flow, layout, and décor placement work seamlessly.
